Are you searching for a luxurious place to stay with a large group of people, but also want to save some money? Look no further! This beautiful duplex has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on each side, with great internet access on a Wi-Fi mesh network and an extra fridge for your convenience. You can easily access the beach and enjoy a great price point. This listing is for one side, which has 6 bedrooms. If you are interested in both sides for a total of 12 bedrooms, please check out both sides listing or inquire with us directly. If one side is perfect for your group, you can book our rental listings for the individual units. Please note that there is a connecting door between the two sides of the living room areas, which can be opened if guests rent both sides, similar to a connecting hotel room. Our rental is located directly across the street from the beach. You can easily access the beach from the public beaches, and enjoy a large private pool that is exclusively available to the guests of both sides. The beach is just across the street, only .1 miles to the west! There is ample onsite parking available for at least 6 cars per side, with additional space available if you park under the home and stack your cars carefully. We kindly ask that you share this space nicely with your neighbors. We have installed an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout this spacious home. You won't have to worry about spotty coverage or slow internet speeds, even in the far reaches of the home. Our internet is generally solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test, making it sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Please note that the internet is an amenity and subject to service provider outages and guests "troubleshooting" it, especially with the sand and salt affecting cabling and facilities. However, you can be assured that our home is no more affected than any other beachfront property and is likely better due to its new construction and prime location.
