This stunningly beautiful vacation home is a combination of two duplexes that can be rented individually or together. Beachfront A and Beachfront B, collectively can accommodate up to 40 guests VIP guests. When it comes to a family reunion or corporate beach retreat, there truly is nothing like it. Discover plentiful space for everyone, with 16 bedrooms, 16 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. The first floor hosts the second and third bedrooms, both with full bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, and half bathroom. In the living room, impress your guests with a cocktail at the wet bar equipped with a wine cooler. Then, head out through the living room to a private patio deck, featuring sweeping Gulf views along with a private pool and grill. On the second floor, discover the Gulf-front master bedroom. This bedroom also features balcony access along with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, on the third floor find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, also with walk-in showers. The third floor Gulf-front master bedrooms enjoy panoramic views from your own private balcony as well as an en-suite bathroom. The third floor also contains the seventh and eighth bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The eighth bedroom is beautifully decorated with views of the Gulf.
