This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental overlooks the stunning Gulf of Mexico and accommodates up to six guests. Situated on the 9th floor, it offers breathtaking views that stretch for miles. The living room features comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances, an under-counter ice machine, a great bar area, and ample dining seating for family meals.
The large primary bedroom includes a king bed and more spectacular views. Step out onto the balcony from the main bedroom to enjoy outdoor seating. The private primary bath adds extra convenience. The secondary guest bedrooms feature a double bed in one room and two twin beds in the other, with a shared hall bath that includes a tub and shower combination. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
The resort's manicured landscaping, palm trees, and gated entrance create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.
Each reservation includes two parking passes. One designated parking spot is provided in the covered parking area. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are not permitted on the resort premises. Additional parking for other vehicles or trailers must be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing.
